Dimraeth Items and Spellbooks Guide
Item management becomes easier when every pickup belongs to a next action: use it, equip it, craft with it, or store it for a known goal.
§The item loop#
A clean loop has four stages: collect during a purposeful route, return to a service hub, convert materials into a useful result, and equip only what supports the next objective.

- Gather with a goal
- Process materials in batches
- Carry the result you expect to use
§Character and world storage logic#
The Steam page places inventory and equipment with the character, while buildings remain with the world. That makes carried gear portable across co-op worlds, while the facilities used to create or improve it depend on the active host world.
- Gear travels with the character
- Facilities stay with the world
- Check the host before planning a crafting session
§Spellbooks and loadouts#
The reviewed guide links item progression with spellbook decisions. Keep the active five spells aligned with the gear and encounter ahead instead of treating the spellbook as a collection screen only.
- Revisit the spell bar after an equipment change
- Carry recovery for the next route
- Do not preserve weak items without a use case
§Give every item a next action#
Keep an item when it supports a known build, recipe, quest, or upgrade. Equip it when the full loadout improves. Process it when the resulting craft has a near-term use. Store it when the use is clear but the timing is later. Everything else should be reviewed instead of accumulating by default.
Compare replacement gear in a familiar encounter or against a clear tooltip goal. A higher label can hide a worse stamina rhythm, range, or spell interaction.
- Use now
- Equip after comparison
- Craft toward a named result
- Store for a known later purpose
§Prepare inventory for another world#
Carry the equipment, spells, and recovery the character needs because those travel with the character. Ask whether the destination world has the required crafting facilities before bringing a material plan that depends on them. Leave enough open space for quest and region-specific pickups.
- Portable combat loadout
- Recovery for the destination
- Confirm world facilities
- Reserve inventory space
§Continue through Items and Crafting#
Follow the system that handles the item after it enters the inventory.
§FAQ#
Does inventory follow my character in co-op?
Yes. The Steam page says inventory and equipment travel with the character.
Why keep the spellbook in an item guide?
Equipment and spell choices form one loadout, so changing one often changes the other.
