§What can be stated safely#

Reviewed community material references nine unique pets in a newer update context. Older playtest notes mention a Parrot and a Pet Courier. This guide keeps those names historical until the live client confirms availability and function.

§How to approach pet discovery#

Keep pet hunting tied to normal exploration and quest routes. If a clue points to a region, combine it with nearby materials, NPC conversations, and map progress.

• Search during planned region visits
• Keep inventory space for quest or pet items
• Check whether progress is character-bound or world-bound

§Why exact abilities are held#

Pre-release systems change quickly, and the official pages reviewed here do not publish a complete pet ability table. Publishing exact bonuses would create false precision.

• Avoid importing old numeric bonuses
• Keep screenshots version-labeled

§Confirm a pet before documenting it#

Record the pet's displayed name, the build date, where it was found, and the exact live tooltip. Keep acquisition steps separate from assumed abilities. A companion visible in old footage may still exist while its function, location, or unlock condition has changed.

For co-op discoveries, note the host world and which player received the unlock. That prevents a world-bound event from being described as a universal character unlock without evidence.

§Search without derailing the run#

Add pet searches to an existing region loop. Clear nearby quests, gather useful materials, and check obvious NPC or landmark interactions while moving through the area. If the clue lacks a current source, stop after one purposeful pass and return when stronger evidence appears.
